About Your Fitness UK

I don’t necessarily have the same story often told by trainers about how I have always been into sport and eating healthily. I have had to work extremely hard throughout life to overcome barriers such as very bad back and neck problems when I was a child and being overweight in my teens. Through sport and training I have overcome my many challenges, believing it is up to you what you achieve and what you become. For those that are naturally into health and fitness I can share with you my love for exercise, and for those that really struggle with exercise, eating or general health, I know how you feel.
